L.I.F.E. – Learning Immune Function Enhancement
Life skills can boost immunity and health. The L.I.F.E.
Program® is a confidential group for people ages
15+ living with HIV/AIDS that enhances health by enabling

- Improve crisis coping skills; reduce survival stress

SISTA – Sisters Inform Sisters about Topics on AIDS
If you are a young African American woman, this may
be the group for you as the emphasis on gender and
culture makes this program unique to your sexual health and
well being. The 5-session program is peer led which means
the girls are in control and focuses on
