Sometimes issues get in the way of your medical care… sometimes it’s dealing with real life problems or people that don’t understand. You may have things that you can’t control on your own and need help to deal. All this stuff can be a barrier to your HIV medical care and treatment.Â
There is a guide for teens, A Guide for Teens into Adult Care, which is available through download from AIDS Alliance for Children, Youth & Families. Download your free guide for teens transitioning into adult.
