Patients are seen by appointment and appointments can be made by calling 816-753-5144 beginning at 8:00 am Monday through Friday. Appointments are scheduled on a next-day scheduling basis, if you call on
- Monday -- you will be scheduled for Tuesday if there is an appointment available. If there is not an appointment available, you will need to call in again the next day.
- Tuesday -- you will be scheduled for Wednesday if there is an appointment available. If there is not an appointment available, you will need to call in again the next day.
- And so on.
Patients need to bring the following items each time they come for an appointment:
1. Proof of income
2. Picture ID
3. Proof of residence
4. A $10.00 donation
Appointment Times
Broadway location: Times when patients can be seen can change but in general are:
- Monday – Thursday 9 am - Noon, 1 - 5 pm, 6 - 9 pm
- Friday 9 am - Noon, 1 - 5 pm
- Saturday (every 3rd) 9 am - Noon
Eastside location: Times when patients can be seen vary each week.
Appointments for Specialty Services
Chiropractic services provided by Cleveland Chiropractic College:
- Tuesday and Thursday 9 am - Noon
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday 1 pm - 4 pm
Dental services are offered at our Prospect Clinic location and are normally offered Tuesday through Friday by appointment.
TB Testing: Wednesdays 9 -11 am. Patients must return on Friday morning between 9-11 am to get their TB test reading. Patients who do not return for their reading on Friday must wait two weeks and be retested.
STD Testing: Mondays 5 - 8 pm. Thursdays 1 - 3 pm. Both clinics are walk in clinics; the first 12 can be tested on Mondays and the first 8 on Thursdays.
HIV Testing is done on a walk-in basis and is free of charge. Anonymous & Confidential Standard testing are available during all clinics.
Confidential Rapid HIV Testing is available during * specified clinics but cannot be done after 7:30 pm.

STD & HIV Testing for Youth (C.I.T.Y.): Mondays, 5-8 pm, with registration beginning at 4:00 pm.
Youth ages 13-24 can come for free STD testing, free HIV testing, free information/education, and free snacks. (Rapid testing cannot be done after 7:30 pm.)
